Dr. Jeffrey Baruch

Dr. Baruch has been in practice for 17 years, with the last 12 years at his solo practice in West Hempstead, N.Y. Dr. Baruch is a graduate of SUNY Optometric and is currently a member of the American Optometric Association, The New York State Optometric Association, and is both a member and supporter of the West Hempstead Civic Association. Dr. Baruch's practice provides family eye care and contact lens fittings and dispensing, including bifocal contact lenses. Dr. Baruch's practice includes an attractive boutique area where a full line of designer and contemporary glasses and sunglasses are artfully displayed. A separate area is designed specifically to cater to children's glasses and sunglasses. Additionally, Dr. Baruch is licensed to diagnose and treat ocular diseases. Dr. Baruch is currently the attending optometrist at North Shore LIJ's Franklin Hospital's surgery department and co-manages ocular surgeries and LASIK with Long Island's top opthalmologic surgeons. Dr. Baruch's caring chairside manner and friendly disposition has expanded his practice through his patient's referrals and recommendations.
